Team games · Designed by event producers

Give your team 15 good minutes this week.

Team games for busy managers, built like small shows. Your team plays on their phones, the big screen does the rest. Or pick one of 26 offline games with a ready-made deck. The game asks the questions, you just host.

Who's behind Rhythual

We know how to get a room involved.

Our job has always been to turn an audience into participants. We build every event like a show, with an opening, a peak and an ending people remember. Rhythual brings that craft to your weekly meeting.

  • 🎬Dramaturgy, not gamesOur show structures are built to pull people in and lift the energy of a room.
  • 🤝Engagement is our daily workWe design moments that get audiences to take part, for big stages and small teams alike.
  • 🏢Made for corporate lifeWe know what works in a real office, with real deadlines and real people.
The problem

Your team needs more than another meeting.
You don't have time to plan it.

14%

of employees in Singapore feel engaged at work. In the UK it's only 10%.

70%

of the difference between a flat team and a great team comes from the manager.

1 in 3

UK managers already pay for team treats out of their own pocket.

You already care. Rhythual gives you something better to bring than pizza. And it takes 15 minutes.

What's inside

Three ways to give your team 15 good minutes.

Online team games

Standing Ovation, Who’s Who, Team Museum and Most Likely To. The team plays on their phones, the big screen shows the show, and you get a script on your laptop.

26 offline games

A one-page run card, printable cards and a big-screen deck that runs the game for you. From Two-Minute Mysteries to Slide Roulette.

Mood Check, free

Everyone taps 1 to 10, anonymously. In two minutes you know where your team is, and the library shows only the games that fit today.

Built like a show

Every game is a 15-minute show.

Rhythual is rhythm plus ritual: fifteen minutes, every week, and your team gets a steady beat. Each game is a script, not a list of questions: a clear opening, a moment everyone joins, a peak, a twist nobody sees coming and a clean ending. Here's "Standing Ovation", free to try.

What your team gets

Games people actually want to play.

Nobody alone on stage

Everyone plays at once. Quiet people write, vote or build instead of speaking. Like karaoke with the whole room singing.

The game asks, not the boss

Questions come from the game, and anyone can pass. You host the show, you are never the judge.

Always a twist

Every game ends with a surprise about the whole team, never one hero. People leave talking about it.

How it works

Three steps. Zero learning curve.

1

Run a Mood Check

Two minutes, anonymous. You see where your team really is today.

2

Pick a game that fits

The library shows only the games that work at your team's mood. Online or offline.

3

Host it in 15 minutes

Your screen tells you what to say and when. The big screen and the phones do the rest.

Questions

Good to know

Something missing? Write to hello@rhythual.com.

Who is Rhythual for?

Managers of teams from 3 to 30 people who want a better team spirit but have no time to plan it. You don't need an HR department.

What if some people in my team are shy?

Every game has a quiet way to join, like writing, voting or building instead of speaking. Nobody is ever alone on stage, and anyone can pass.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Players scan a QR code and play in the phone browser. You host from your laptop and share the big screen. Offline games come as a PDF run card and a PowerPoint deck.

Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. Online games work the same in the room and on Teams or Zoom: share the big screen, everyone joins on their phone. Every offline guide has a hybrid variant.

Can I expense it?

Yes. You get an invoice with your company details, so you can pay with a company card or send it to finance.

How do I cancel?

Any time, online in your library or with one email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is the Mood Check really anonymous?

Yes. Nobody sees who pressed what, not even you. The result appears only from three votes, and the count per number only from five.

Try it at your next meeting.

Mood Check, the online game Standing Ovation and the guide Two-Minute Mysteries are free. Log in with your email and play today.
